The SARO ATTILA 20 blast chiller is the largest model in the series and accommodates 20 trays in 1/1 GN or 600 × 400 mm format, with 65 mm spacing between the trays. It cools food from +65 °C to +10 °C in 106 minutes and blast freezes it from +65 °C to −18 °C in 255 minutes. The usable capacity is 340 liters, and it is connected to a 400 V three-phase supply.
