The compact ATT02 blast chiller accommodates 3 × GN 2/3 containers or 354 × 325 mm trays and cools up to 7 kg of food from +65 °C to +10 °C in 115 minutes. In blast freezing mode, it cools from +65 °C to -18 °C in 255 minutes. A core temperature probe, timer, and digital temperature control manage the process. The housing and interior are made of stainless steel, and it connects to a 230 V power supply.
