The PREMIUM LINE SB-K230 refrigerated salad bar holds 6 1/1 GN containers and keeps salads, cold food, and side dishes at a temperature range of 0 to +10 °C. The pan is made of 304 stainless steel, while the 17 mm thick top is made of black granite; a permanently mounted glass sneeze guard protects the display. Lighting, a drain valve, and a plate stand are integrated, and casters allow it to be moved around the buffet.
