The SARO Saladette BALDUR S 902 offers space on top for 3 × 1/1 GN containers up to 150 mm deep, covered by a telescopic sliding lid. In front of it is a polyethylene cutting board, underneath which is a refrigerated base with two doors and two height-adjustable shelves. The digital DIXELL control operates in the range of +2 to +8 °C, and the static cooling with an air circulation fan defrosts automatically. The housing and interior are made of stainless steel.
