The SARO SH 2000 preparation table combines a 725-liter refrigerated base with a granite worktop and a top unit for ten 1/3 GN containers up to 150 mm deep. The base is divided into three sections by three self-closing doors and three shelves. The pull-out compressor makes cleaning easier.
