The E7/SPE40BC fries warmer keeps fried products warm in the serving area after preparation. It is designed for 1/1 GN and works with 1 kW at 230 V; the temperature range is between 30 and 90 °C. Unlike the version with an open base, this model has a door; the feet are height-adjustable.
