The GIANNI PS 900 pizza table from SARO has two self-closing doors and a 285 L capacity. On top, it accommodates 5 GN 1/6 containers, plus a granite work surface with a depth of 475 mm. Static cooling with an air circulation fan maintains +2 to +8 °C, controlled by a digital DIXELL temperature controller. The cabinet and interior are made of stainless steel.
