The SARO EPS 900 pizza table has two doors and a top for 5 GN 1/6 containers up to 150 mm deep. The worktop is made of granite, while the housing and interior are made of stainless steel. The refrigerated compartment has a gross capacity of 240 L and a net capacity of 198 L and is kept at +2 to +8 °C with static cooling and an air circulation fan. According to the manufacturer, the energy consumption is approx. 2.2 kWh in 24 hours.
