The SARO pizza preparation table PZ 2610 TN PRO features a granite worktop with a 15 cm backsplash and is 2025 mm wide. Beneath the worktop are two refrigerated door compartments with a usable capacity of 268 litres, as well as seven unheated drawers for accessories and non-refrigerated ingredients. Forced-air cooling with digital temperature control from Copeland maintains temperatures between +2 and +8 °C.
