The PALERMO 2 has two chambers, one above the other, each for one pizza up to Ø 33 cm, and reaches up to +320 °C. Top and bottom heat are separately adjustable, and each chamber measures 350 × 350 × 100 mm. The two heating systems are supplied via two connection cables without plugs.

Frequently asked questions
How are the fireclay stones cleaned?
Only dry and when cold, otherwise there is a risk of breakage. As a cleaning accessory, SARO recommends the brass brush (item no. 217-1025).
