The ASTI stainless steel pasta cooker has a capacity of 8 liters and comes with four baskets, allowing several portions to be cooked separately. The temperature range is from 0 to +110 °C, and a safety thermostat protects against overheating. The tank can be drained via the drain valve. It connects to a 230 V supply with a power rating of 3.15 kW.
