The RAGUSA stainless steel pasta cooker has a capacity of 25 litres and comes with two baskets of different widths (130 and 260 mm). The temperature range is from 0 to +110 °C, and a safety thermostat protects against overheating. The tank can be drained via the drain valve. It connects to a 230 V supply and has a power rating of 3.2 kW.
