The PAVIA 1 stainless steel salamander grill has one heating zone and is designed for heating and roasting food. The heating element can be adjusted in height, with a clearance of approximately 70 to 200 mm. A pull-out crumb tray makes cleaning easier. It connects to a 230 V supply with a power output of 2.8 kW.
