The SARO Salamander ORPHEUS is used for heating, browning and keeping prepared food warm. It has two independently controllable, shielded heating elements for top heat, each with its own control knob. The housing is made entirely of polished stainless steel, while the removable rack is made of nickel-plated iron with heat-resistant plastic handles. The temperature range is +35 to +120 °C.
