The SARO refrigerated counter VRX 2000/330 keeps ingredients chilled at the workstation and accommodates 10 × 1/4 containers up to 150 mm deep. Static cooling with a foam-insulated evaporator maintains +2 to +8 °C, controlled by a digital temperature controller (Copeland). The housing is made of stainless steel with a glass top, 6 mm thick.
