The MATILDE cake display cabinet by SARO cools cakes and desserts at +2 to +8 °C and has a gross capacity of 100 liters (71 liters net). Three height-adjustable glass shelves and the double-sided, separately switchable LED interior lighting showcase the display behind double glazing. Forced-air cooling, digital temperature control, and automatic defrosting are built-in. The cabinet is made of black baked-enamel steel.
