The ELIZA cake display cabinet by SARO presents cakes and desserts on an electrically rotating wire carousel with four round shelves (Ø 305 mm). The carousel can be switched on and off separately, and the LED interior lighting illuminates the display from two sides. The forced-air cooling with digital temperature control operates in the range of +2 to +12 °C, and the door and defrosting operate automatically.
