The round FRANZISKA cake display cabinet by SARO has a capacity of 360 litres. The lower section is made of stainless steel, while the upper section is made of double-tempered glass. Four height-adjustable glass shelves (Ø 530 mm) can be turned by hand, and the LED interior lighting on two sides can be switched separately. The forced-air cooling operates in the range of +2 to +8 °C, and the display cabinet can be moved on five castors.
