The SARO SANTOS 2N cheese grater grates cheese at a capacity of approximately 50 kg per hour. The container has a capacity of 2.7 liters, while the housing is made of cast aluminum and the grating disc and lid are made of stainless steel. With an attachment change, it can be used as an ice crusher; the attachment is available separately.
