The SARO EVO 75 cheese grater grates Parmesan and dry bread at approximately 50 kg per hour. The Ø 110 mm grating drum is included, and the blade is made of hardened, chrome-plated steel. The grated product is collected in the glass container, which can be sealed airtight and is microwave-safe. The housing is made of lightweight metal.
