The SARO EVORA is a stockpot stove with one induction cooking zone (400 × 400 mm) under glass ceramic in a stainless steel housing. With 8 kW at 400 V, it is designed for large pots. The power is set in levels 0–11, and the temperature range extends from +60 to +240 °C. Overheating protection and a safety lock are built in.
