The NERINO 3 convection oven is a compact appliance with space for three 2/3 GN inserts at a rack spacing of 80 mm. Convection distributes heat throughout the cooking chamber, while the lighting makes monitoring easier. It is operated using control knobs and reaches temperatures of up to +280 °C. Racks are not included.
