The THOR convection oven has a capacity of 62 liters and is operated via control knobs. Steam generation is activated manually at the touch of a button, and the water connection is 1/2". Four racks (437 × 314 mm) are included and can be inserted at intervals of 75 mm. The door is double-glazed, and the timer runs up to 120 minutes.
