The SARO FRY TOP GM 610 M griddle plate divides its 600 × 400 mm cooking surface into a ribbed and a smooth half. This allows grilled food with a ribbed texture and flat-fried dishes to be prepared on a single appliance. Two heating zones, 3.5 kW and 230 V; splash guard on three sides.
