The E7/KPG2V80 stainless steel gas pasta cooker has two rounded 28-liter pans with double bottoms and operates in the temperature range of 40 to 100 °C. It is lit using a piezo igniter and pilot light, and the appliance is pre-set for H-gas. The equipment includes inlet and outlet taps, an overflow system for starch removal, a drip tray and a safety thermostat.
