The E7/KPG1V40 stainless steel gas pasta cooker features a rounded 28-liter basin with a double bottom and operates in the temperature range of 40 to 100 °C. It is lit via a piezo igniter and pilot light and is pre-set for H-gas. The equipment includes an inlet and outlet tap, an overflow system for starch separation, a drip tray and a safety thermostat.
