The E7/KTG2BBL gas griddle has a smooth cooking surface measuring 795 × 530 mm, with two independently controllable cooking zones and 12 kW of gas power. As a table-top model with a height of 270 mm, it is designed for businesses that prepare larger quantities on the griddle. It features splash guards on three sides and a removable grease collection tray.
