The E7/KTG2BBM gas griddle has a cooking surface of 795 × 530 mm, with one half smooth and the other half ribbed. Two independently controllable cooking zones and 12 kW of gas power allow the two halves of the griddle to be operated at different settings. The tabletop model is 270 mm high and features splash guards on three sides as well as a removable grease collection tray.
