The SARO SORENTO meat grinder processes approx. 100 kg per hour and is built to a heavy-duty standard. The housing is made of light metal, the auger of stainless steel, and it is driven by a precision gearbox. The fan motor is equipped with overheating protection. Stainless steel cross blades, two perforated plates (6 and 8 mm), a pusher and a sausage stuffer are included.
