The 12S/CNS meat grinder grinds up to 160 kg of meat per hour and uses 70 mm diameter cutting plates. The grinding hopper and grinding unit are removable, making cleaning easier. The frame is made of aluminium, the gear reduction is made of steel, and the grinding hopper is made of stainless steel. One knife and one 6 mm cutting plate are included.
