The E7/FRE2V13 electric fryer has two tanks of 13 litres each and a connected load of 24 kW at 400 V. Both tanks are rounded, with a cold zone and fold-up heating element. A drain tap and stainless steel collecting container make oil changes easier; the temperature is infinitely adjustable up to 190 °C and protected by a safety thermostat.
