The E7/KTE2BBM electric griddle has a cooking surface of 795 × 530 mm, which is designed to be half smooth and half ribbed. Two independently controllable cooking zones and a connected load of 10.8 kW at 400 V allow both halves of the plate to be operated at different settings. The countertop model covers a temperature range of 100 to 270 °C and features a safety thermostat.
