The electric kebab knife cuts roasted meat such as kebab, shawarma or gyros. It has a smooth Ø 80 mm blade with a stainless steel guard, and a serrated second blade is included. The cutting disc reaches speeds of up to 8000 rpm. The aluminum handle has a 2.7 m power cable, and the protection rating is IPX4.
