The E7/CVE4BA ceramic hob has four cooking zones of 2.5 kW each on a 700 × 560 mm cooking surface and a connected load of 10 kW at 400 V. It stands on an open base with adjustable stainless steel feet. The smooth glass-ceramic surface is designed for professional kitchens with electric heating.
