The Bartscher ceramic range is a countertop unit with four glass-ceramic cooking zones of Ø 210 mm and 2.3 kW each. Automatic pan detection only enables the heating when a pan is in place, and the radiant heaters heat up quickly. The Schott Ceran cooking surface measures 550 × 560 mm. The range is suitable for continuous commercial use and is connected to 400 V.
