The BC 2100 bar cooler from SARO cools at +2 to +8 °C and offers a gross capacity of 350 liters or a net capacity of 226 liters. Two self-closing doors, four height-adjustable shelves, and forced-air cooling with automatic defrosting are included in the equipment. The temperature is digitally controlled via a DIXELL controller. The housing is made of black baked-enamel steel, while the interior is made of lightweight metal.
