The SARO BC 3100 bar cooler cools to +2 to +8 °C and offers a gross capacity of 537 liters or a net capacity of 355 liters. It features three self-closing doors, six height-adjustable shelves, and forced-air cooling with automatic defrosting. The temperature is digitally controlled via a DIXELL controller. The cabinet is made of black baked-enamel steel, while the interior is made of lightweight metal.
