The Bartscher E4 pizza oven is an electric single-chamber oven for 4 pizzas of Ø 33 cm at the same time; the baking chamber measures 700 × 700 × 150 mm (W × D × H). Top and bottom heat can be switched separately and are controlled by electromechanical thermostats up to 450 °C. It also has a fireclay stone baking floor and interior lighting; the oven is stackable and designed for continuous commercial use.
