Spiral mixer with a fold-up head and removable bowl for pizzerias and bakeries. The 22-liter bowl processes up to 18 kg of dough at two speeds. The bowl, spiral, and dough cutter are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and ingredients can be added through the safety guard while the machine is running. A timer and casters are included. The mixer is designed and tested for dough with at least 60% hydration.
