The Bartscher contact grill A150.668 combines a ribbed top plate with a smooth cast-iron bottom plate and is suitable for meat, sandwiches and vegetables. The cast-iron plates retain heat and brown evenly. The temperature can be set via the thermostat from 50 to 300 °C, and an indicator light shows when the operating temperature has been reached. Grease collects in a grease collection tray.
