The Qusinox box hood captures steam and cooking fumes above the cooking area and removes grease using 3 labyrinth filters (500 × 500 mm). The collected grease can be drained via the drain valve, and LED lighting is included as standard. The hood is welded from AISI 430 stainless steel and, according to the manufacturer, is 100% leak-proof.
