The box hood measures 2400 × 1000 mm with a height of 400 mm. With a length of 2400 mm, it covers a medium-sized cooking line, while four labyrinth filters capture grease from the exhaust air. The welded design is leak-proof, a drain valve discharges accumulated grease, and LED lighting comes as standard. The hood has no fan of its own and is connected to the building's ventilation system.
