The HENDI infrared thermometer measures surface temperatures non-contact by infrared and core temperatures with the fold-out stainless steel probe (90 mm). The measuring range is from -60 to +350 °C. HACCP control lights immediately indicate whether a temperature is in the safe or unsafe range.
