Die-cast aluminium casserole with a heat-resistant PTFE non-stick coating and a capacity of 7 litres. Thanks to its induction base, it is suitable for gas, induction, electric and ceramic hobs. The casserole is ovenproof up to 250 °C; the lid is not ovenproof. The lid handle is made of rustproof stainless steel.
