The low HENDI braising pot from the Kitchen Line series holds 2.9 litres and comes with a lid. The encapsulated sandwich base combines the heat distribution of aluminium with the magnetic properties of steel, making the pot suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs. All outer surfaces have a satin finish, and the pot is suitable for commercial dishwashers.
