Round black cast iron pot with a usable capacity of 3.7 litres, enamelled on the outside. The raised points on the underside of the lid guide condensation back into the dish, so it stays aromatic and does not dry out. The pot is suitable for all heat sources including induction and for the oven up to 260 °C; it is not dishwasher-safe.
