The Rossella Touch convection oven accommodates four 600 × 400 mm trays and features steam injection with a 3/4" water connection. The touch control stores 99 programs with 9 steps each, and two fan speeds are available. It operates at 400 V and 6.9 kW via a CEE 16 A plug.
