The Bartscher Model 40 electric water grill has a cooking surface measuring 280 × 445 mm. Cooking juices and residues fall into a GN 1/1 water pan and are collected there. The temperature is set using a control lever in three stages; at the highest setting, the grill heats up in approx. 2.5 minutes. The stainless steel tabletop unit is connected to a 400 V power supply.
