The Bartscher P12N electric rotisserie grill cooks up to 12 chickens at once on 3 skewers with clips for 4 chickens each. It operates at 5 kW at 400 V (3N AC) and is designed for continuous commercial use. Interior lighting and a large glass panel make the grilled food clearly visible for sale. The housing is made of CNS 18/10 stainless steel.
