The Bartscher electric fryer from the Serie 600 has two tanks of 11 litres each on a width of 600 mm. With 17.4 kW at 400 V, it delivers high heating power for continuous operation. Both heating elements swing out for cleaning, and each tank has its own drain tap. The stainless steel countertop unit matches the appliances of the Bartscher Serie 600.
